Portokalopita (Greek orange pie)

A very traditional Greek soaked syrup cake.

Unlike most cakes, it is made not with flour alone but with crumbled sheets of phyllo pastry (so it's technically a pie), which give it a unique, dense but fluffy texture. Combined with Greek yoghurt, orange zest and healthy oil, giving you a moist, fragrant pie/cake that tastes like sunshine on a plate.

This is my personal favourite!
